What is NightShift?
We’re a community built for late-night raiders and those who thrive in this format. Our goal is to provide a smooth, enjoyable Vanilla Classic WoW experience for everyone!
Raid Schedule
- Main Raid Day: Thursday @ 22:00-00:30 ST
- Second Raid Day: Monday @ 22:00-00:30 ST
Loot System
Loot system is Hierarchy Based:
(note: SRS can only be on MS items)
- Trials can only roll on unwanted items.
- Members can 2xSR > MS > OS.
- Raiders can 2xSR > MS > OS + LC items (see screenshot below).
Loot Council rules
- We may award the item directly to a specific player.
- We may ask one or more players of that class to roll.
- We may limit rolls to only certain specs or roles within that class.
- LC lists are a general guideline of loot distribution not definitive decisions.
- Players are chosen between multiple factors such as: behavior, performance, attendance, rank in guild, item class/spec prio and number of LC items already received.
Guild Hierarchy
- You rank up from Trial to Member after completing two raid lockouts.
- You rank up from Member to Raider after completing five raid lockouts.
- You can downrank if your attitude is negative to the guild or you have been afk for too many days without any explanation.
- If you are benched and still show up to the raid day without getting saved your presence counts towards the hierarchy.
Raid Spots
- Raid spots are not guaranteed for any member. Rotations may occur based on performance, raid composition, behavior or simply to give someone else a chance to raid.
- Players will be rotated regularly to evaluate them in different raid environments (specially trials).
Raid Goals
- Smooth and efficient raids.
- A friendly and respectful environment.
- We do not tolerate drama.
