We are mostly focused on having raids with boss kill times that are competitive with the top world ranks, a good foundation to gain personal logs, having clean raids and clearing in an acceptable time.

Raiders are expected to bring everything to the table that you can and raid spots are based on performance. This means raid spots are competitive and people who are underperforming wont be able to hold a spot in our raids.
